QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE SERVICES

Inspection and Tests Nigeria Limited (ITL) is an independent corporation adaptable to the needs of the oil, gas and marine construction industry, both onshore and offshore. Our firm was founded with the intention of associating a full range of highly, qualified professionals to work as liaison between the construction contractor and Owner Company in the areas of mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation construction, installation and maintenance.

Our personnel can work independently on a turnkey basis or under the direction of owner-company supervision to ensure that every phase of each operation is properly inspected and supervised and the quality of work is performed and documented in accordance with owner’s specifications and standard requirements. We have the ability to furnish highly experienced Craftsmen in nearly every phase of the oil and gas industry.

Inspection and Tests Nigeria Limited employees have completed dozens of service contracts for major and independent oil and gas companies nation-wide. We have worked onshore and offshore on lay barges, offshore platforms, setting risers, tank farms, meter and compressor stations covering all aspects of mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation operations as well as environmental services.

As part of our quality control service, we have performed Non-Destructive and Destructive Testing for most oil companies and construction contractors for the construction of flow-lines, hook-up wells, set pumps and performance of general mechanical maintenance works.

Inspection and Tests Nigeria Limited proposes to perform for the Client Company, field services in connection with the construction of their proposed oil, gas and marine facilities, pipelines and related appurtenances. For this purpose, our company shall assign competent personnel in such number and classification as requested by the Client. The Client shall have the right during the progress of the work to review the need for personnel inclusive of any additions, reductions, or replacement of our forces. We maintain that we can supply a sufficient number of experienced and competent personnel to meet the Clients requirements in any regard.

Many of our inspectors possess either a Bachelor of Engineering or Science degree, in addition to other specific professional Certifications (ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, B-GAS, API, NACE, etc).

Each of our employees are familiar with the appropriate API, ASME or BS codes which govern a pipeline project or the applicable building codes, or the relevant DPR and FEPA guidelines in the case of environmental services.

We will replace any personnel who may resign before the project is completed or replace any personnel who does not properly perform his or her duties

Inspection and Tests Nigeria Limited is an indigenous Company and we strive at supplying the very best of field indigenous personnel and services possible for each of our projects, but at specific Client requests, we shall supply required TCN and expatriate QA/QC/NDT/Environmental personnel within a month’s notice for such personnel by a given Client.
